The Bell Labs Technical Journal publishes papers and letters by Bell Labs and Alcatel-Lucent scientists and engineers and their colleagues from outside organizations who have engaged in projects with them. Its aim is to promote progress in communications fields worldwide, while enhancing Bell Labs reputation as a leader in research and development as well as Alcatel-Lucents reputation as a leader in designing and delivering networks for the worlds largest service providers.
